Appendix A contains a list of brief (five- to ten-minute) custom tutorial videos showing instructors and students how to perform all of the data analytics skills to complete the case. These videos demonstrate the tasks required using an abbreviated dataset. As such, students can watch the videos to learn the data analytics tools and tasks without seeing the case solutions.
In our experience, these videos deliver information about the data analytics tools to students in a learning format that they are already familiar with. Additionally, these videos overcome one major challenge to in-class instruction, heterogeneous experience with data analytics and tools. Those students who have little or no experience with the tools can watch all of the videos as many times as they need to execute the tasks required for the case.
