This paper provides Teaching Notes for a case study of Cisco's implementation of a virtual close and continuous monitoring capability. Specifically, the Teaching Notes provide a discussion of some content issues related to the presentation of the case in a classroom environment, aimed at preparing the faculty member to present the case. Appendix A provides specific answers to the questions listed at the back of the case.
