These Teaching Notes provide step-by-step instructions to complete the requirements of this Case using Microsoft Power BI. As is to be expected of data analytics tasks, there is no singular “right” way to arrive at the correct answers (including which software to use), so instructors are encouraged to use these Teaching Notes as a touch point in developing their own solution process.
