Tech Dump: Segment Analysis for a Social Enterprise

The case is based on Tech Dump, an electronics recycler. Special thanks to Tech Dump’s Executive Director, Amanda LaGrange, for sharing the organization’s story and lessons with me. I am also grateful to my managerial accounting students who provided feedback that helped me to develop and improve the case and to my colleagues for providing feedback on the manuscript.
