The discussion questions included in the case and listed below should be viewed as suggestions, which faculty may use, adapt, extend, or ignore as fits with their learning objectives. In our implementations, questions were assigned to guide students as they prepared for class discussions and/or additional collaborative activities that typically expanded beyond the boundaries of the assigned questions. The case lends itself to a variety of implementations, and the authors encourage faculty to adapt the questions and implementation to best achieve their course learning objectives.

This case was written and used in classes immediately following the release of PwC’s Diversity and Inclusion Transparency Report (PwC 2020). Since then, the firm has published a FY21 PwC Purpose Report (PwC 2021) providing updated data and additional metrics.
