This section presents suggested responses and recommendations for leading class discussions about the questions assigned in the case. Note that most questions are somewhat subjective in nature in order to stimulate students' critical thinking. Consequently, most questions do not have a definitive correct response and are open-ended in nature. For each question we have provided a recommended response and additional detail for the instructor to lead a classroom discussion and further promote critical thinking. Due to the subjective nature of the case questions, it is ultimately up to instructor judgment when assigning grades as to the level of reasoning and rationality of defense presented in each student's answer to the questions. To aid in evaluating the quality of student responses, we recommend the instructor consider the following ranking system for assigning points:1
