With respect to journal ratings, we have accomplished two major improvements during the past year. Accounting Historians Journal is now indexed by SCOPUS in “Arts and Humanities: History,” in addition to our previous categorization as “Business, Management, and Accounting: Accounting.” Also, the rating of Accounting Historians Journal has been upgraded to “A” in four categories by ANVUR (the National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes) for Italy. The ANVUR rating upgrades have been made retroactive to 2019, so any article since 2019 in Accounting Historians Journal now counts as an “A” publication in Italy.
