We use the design science methodology to develop and validate a website that serves as a free resource for learners to hone their technology skills through meaningful technology experiences, while also providing recognition for those who consistently enhance their abilities. To accomplish this, we crowdsource the creation of technology challenges that require users to use a variety of technologies, such as Alteryx, ChatGPT, Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, QuickBooks, SQL, Tableau, and UiPath, to solve challenges across accounting domains, including Accounting Information Systems, audit, data analytics, financial, managerial, tax, and others. To date, we have created 260 challenges (i.e., cases). A total of more than 11,000 unique individuals have visited the website, reading more than 168,000 challenge posts. We present additional data from adoption rates, user surveys, and recruiter interviews that validate that this website achieves its designed objectives to make a useful resource for learners.
